Daniel Edelhoff served as Visiting Professor at the Dental Clinical Research Center of the Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland from 1999 to 2001. He is currently Associate Professor at the Department of Prosthodontics and Dental Materials at the University of Munich, Germany.

He is a board certified Specialist in Prosthodontics and member of the German Society of Prosthodontics and Material Sciences. His research interests include all-ceramic restorations, post and core build-ups, and adhesive dentistry.
