SR Phonares denture teeth feature the very latest Nano Hybrid Composite material for high strength and improved wear characteristics with 16 A-D shades and four bleach shades. The teeth have wider necks and a unique ‘Set and Fit’ design which ensures interdental closure and an extremely natural appearance with semi anatomic and lingualised posterior teeth to match.

SR Vivodent PE

Natural, vital, individual

SR Vivodent PE anterior teeth are available in 20 unique pearl effect shades and are manufactured using a layering process that produces a natural opalescence. Life-like characteristics such as demineralisation points are captured within every tooth.

SR Orthosit PE

Function, balance, strength

The SR Orthosit PE posterior moulds are available in three occluding options (normal bite, overbite and crossbite). Finished in an extra hard Isosit layer that is naturally opalescent and exceptionally resistant to wear, SR Orthosit PE is the ultimate combination of function, balance and strength.

Blueline

Accurate, functional, durable

Blueline denture teeth offer 16 accurate A-D shades and four new bleach shades with five occluding options from zero degrees to fully anatomic. With a fast set ridge lap design and unique layering process that resists staining and wear, Blueline dentures are ideal for partial and complete denture prosthetics. The Blueline tooth range offers the ultimate in functional and durable tooth technology.

SR Ivocap Injection moulding system

The SR Ivocap® system uses a controlled heat/pressure polymerisation procedure during which time the exact amount of material flows into the flask to compensate for shrinkage, ensuring a perfect fit.

This pressure optimises the physical properties of the SR Ivocap® High Impact denture base material and enhances the bond of the acrylic teeth to the base. It also prevents an increase in the vertical dimension of the denture.

Stratos Articulator System

This state of the art articulation system is capable of reproducing even the most complex of functional movements. Three models are available, offering varied degrees of functionality. A range of components are also available for mounting models to average values and by face bow transfer.

Setting up templates that provide the compensating curves of Spee and Wilson are also available, allowing the precise positioning of Ivoclar Vivadent posterior teeth.
